General shipping information:
- Worldwide shipping for my products is approx €5.50*
- You'll receive an email once your order is shipped!
- To minimise contact, I'll only ship out orders twice a week.Â
- Every order is packaged with lots of love and attention, to try and make sure it arrives safely.Â
What if...
- ...your order arrives damaged: wet, bent, or broken? Please send me a message with a photo of your order attached, and I'll send you a new package free of charge.
- ...you receive prints that you hadn't ordered? I pack everything by hand, so there's a liability I mess things up. If that's the case, please send me a message detailing the prints you miss and I'll send you those free of charge!
- ...your order never arrives, even after waiting for more than three weeks? Some countries have fickle shipping (India, for example). We can try to resend new artworks, but then with signed shipping. Send me a message to ask!
* = In order to even out shipping costs, I've mostly tried to stick to a singular worldwide shipping rate of €5.50. Depending on your order, it can turn out a little higher or lower.Â
